Do I have to pay extra when compared to buying the tickets in the traditional way?

Eaybus does not charge anything extra when compared to the traditional way. The tickets are absolutely at the same cost.

Do I Need To Register To Book Online?

No, you can book without any registration, but there are several reasons why registration will be benefit to you as below. When you book ticket, details such as your name and address are provided automatically, saving your valuable.

Can I order Ticket From Home?

Yes, To order a home delivery, contact us at any of our call centers or call 040- 68 68 68 68 Our executive will book a ticket for you and have it home delivered at a time most convenient to you. You can also order a home delivery online (except for same day travel).We will call to confirm the details you have provided us and dispatch the ticket.

I’ve lost my ticket what do I do now?

A copy of the ticket would have been sent to you by e-mail when you booked the ticket. Please take a printout of that mail and produce it at the time of boarding. If you have not received your ticket to the mail id you provided, retrieve.

Can I cancel the ticket?

You can cancel your Ticket. But you cannot transfer it.

What Are The Modes Of Payment When I Buy The Ticket Online?

We accept VISA and Master Credit / Debit Card for online booking.

Can I Buy Ticket Online With My Credit/Debit Card For Someone Else?

Yes. As long as you supply a valid data of the credit card holder, you can buy tickets for any other person. There is no requirement for the credit card to be produced when boarding the bus, provided that the passenger should submit.

Please Check Your Balance Again, if detected it may be the following reasons
1) Transaction failure if failure occures ammount will be refunded to your account.
2) Due to late process of payment process.

If I Cancel Ticket How Can i get Amount Back?

Refund Initiated from our System on the same day Ticket Cancellation.
Refund Will refelect in your account within 24 Hrs,depending upon the time taken by the bank to process.
